The firm is seeking a full-time assistant to join its team.
Please note that the office occupies two floors. Maintaining common areas and managing supplies regularly involves carrying items—which may be heavy and/or bulky—up and down stairs.
DESIRED PROFILE:
Hold a DEP in secretarial studies, a DEC in office automation, or any other equivalent training
Have 3 to 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, including excellent writing skills
Functional proficiency in English (second language), both spoken and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (an asset)
Experience with project management software (Casserole, Ganttic, or other)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare monthly invoices for the team’s projects and handle related administrative tasks
Manage and prepare service proposals
Provide administrative support as needed by the team
Draft, review, and format various documents
Draft internal messages and communications
Create and maintain standard documents in accordance with graphic design standards
Set up new projects on the server and in various management software systems
Archive physical and digital files
Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, reservations, and social events and activities
Ensure the maintenance of common areas and the administrative management of supplies (beverages, food, office supplies, and equipment)
Manage and update the materials library, including meetings with representatives/suppliers and providing ad-hoc support to designers in their material research.
Manage social media
Manage the general email inbox and respond efficiently to requests for information
Answer and transfer calls and greet visitors (clients, stakeholders, professionals)

The firm is looking for an experienced designer to join its team. The position involves close collaboration on various projects.
Hold a college diploma or bachelor's degree in design or any equivalent qualification.
Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
Demonstrate a good working knowledge of design and architecture software.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create interior spaces by optimizing ergonomics, volumes, and comfort, while delivering both internal services and client services in accordance with established standards
Meet with clients to determine their needs and requirements related to space planning
Advise clients on the selection of materials, lighting, ergonomics, and related elements
Develop preliminary plans and present them to clients
Produce conceptual drawings and space layouts, millwork drawings, technical construction drawings, shop drawings, and ensure quality control
Develop a creative signature aligned with Camdi’s vision
Stay informed of industry trends by participating in forums, conferences, training sessions, trade shows, and similar events
Meet with product suppliers’ representatives
