• Hold a college diploma or bachelor's degree in design or any equivalent qualification.

• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field.

• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of design and architecture software.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create interior spaces by optimizing ergonomics, volumes, and comfort, while delivering both internal services and client services in accordance with established standards

• Meet with clients to determine their needs and requirements related to space planning

• Advise clients on the selection of materials, lighting, ergonomics, and related elements

• Develop preliminary plans and present them to clients

• Produce conceptual drawings and space layouts, millwork drawings, technical construction drawings, shop drawings, and ensure quality control

• Develop a creative signature aligned with Camdi’s vision

• Stay informed of industry trends by participating in forums, conferences, training sessions, trade shows, and similar events

• Meet with product suppliers’ representatives

• Have 7 to 10 years of experience in project management

• Demonstrate strong ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships throughout projects

• Possess solid knowledge of software related to architecture, project management, and client relationship management

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the overall efficiency of the design team, including project management and follow-up, resource planning, task allocation, and team engagement strategies to achieve operational efficiency

• Prepare service proposals; collaborate on the development of work programs, fee proposals, and invoicing

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on coordination meetings with architects, engineers, and other external consultants

• Collaborate on and participate in corporate presentations to clients

• Coordinate all project mandates from needs assessment through execution phase

• Address the technical and financial requirements of projects (feasibility studies and cost estimates)

• Coordinate, supervise, and lead other professionals, external stakeholders, and consultants involved in the production of drawings and specifications

• Ensure project budget optimization in terms of profitability, staff efficiency, and sound expense management
