Satori

For more than 20 years, the Satori has been serving an authentic Japanese cuisine to its Saint-Jean-sur-le-Richelieu clientele. Featuring simple lines and raw materials, the modern, minimalist décor exudes Japanese simplicity. A limited color palette leaves plenty of room for the cubic bamboo structures adorning the ceilings and elegantly partitioning the space. The soft light of lanterns and Edison lightbulbs hanging from them cast interesting shadows on the pale walls.
