Maggie Oakes

Named in homage to William Gray’s wife, the Maggie Oaks is a modern grill located on the ground floor of the hotel. Equipped with its own entrance and terrasse directly accessible from the Place Jacques-Cartier, the establishment opens onto an elegant marble bar on one side and a spacious dining room on the other. Wood paneling and leather occupy the center stage, complementing the exposed concrete columns to create an industrial chic look. Metallic accents of architectural finishes and comfortable furniture sparkle in a warm lighting, while a vertical garden of fine herbs add a touch of greenery.
