Brasserie 701

Location: Old-Montreal, Quebec, Canada Photo credit: Alexi Hobbs

Located in the well-known Hôtel Place-d’Armes, Brasserie 701 takes advantage of the building’s iconic neoclassical architecture to create an atmosphere full of Parisian charm. The sumptuous setting unfurls in contrasting shades of cream, soft pink and black, with floor tiles reminiscent of the slate boards typically found in European bistros. Mirrors and draperies add to the impression of grandeur, while wrought chandeliers attract the gaze up, towards ornate ceilings and colonnades – the finishing touches in this period chic décor.
