Bistro Kôz

Kôz is short for kouzina, which simultaneously means kitchen and cooking in Greek. It’s also a small island in the Greek archipelago located near the Turkish coast, and, of course, the name of the hotel Versô’s excellent restaurant.
Here, clients enjoy a tasty mediterranean menu in a unique décor where colourful collection of plates adorning the walls herald generous tables laden with dishes to share. Rounded arches and textured plastered walls remind of old Mediterranean buildings, whose reflection some imaginative spirit might glimpse through the porthole mirrors arranged behind the bar. The mirrors installed on the ceiling reflect generous natural light, adding amplitude to the space which opens onto an inviting terrasse set directly by the Memphrémagog Lake.
